Hummingbird Indigenous Family Services, with the support of Perigee Fund, is developing a guaranteed basic income pilot designed to support families during the first three years of a child’s life – centering Hummingbird’s important work to provide support and services to American Indian/Alaska Native/Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander families birthing in King County.
